Socially Conscious Real Estate and Economic Development Research

Far too many socially conscious organizations lack access to affordable and timely real estate and economic development data that affect their ability to carry out their daily work and gain a better understanding of their stakeholders.

Hilgard Analytics seeks to correct that by delivering accurate and affordable reports and briefs that analyze the current data trends in real estate and economic development.

Dropbox is permanently remote work first. It's still paying rent and Kilroy selling its HQ buildings for $1.08 billion, second-highest ever in San Francisco history https://www.sfchronicle.com/business/article/Dropbox-headquarters-selling-for-1-08-billion-in-16009421.php

Only Embarcadero Center, which is quadruple the size, sold for more: $1.22 billion in 1998
